pregnancy, postpartum, pregnancy or infant loss,
infertility, adoption, and the transition to parenthood.

Who we are

Brandy Zinn, LPC, PMH-C

Brandy is a licensed professional counselor and certified perinatal mental health provider in private practice in Savannah. She has a passion for helping couples, individuals, and families develop healthy dynamics, foster nurturing bonds, and to enhance communication. She provides skill training and guidance through the journey of parenting and navigating life transitions.

Brandy’s practice addresses stressors, prenatal and postpartum mood disorders, and provides support for mothers through all stages of their motherhood journey. She enjoys helping parents navigate the journey of raising children while balancing the health of the parent partnership.

Brandy is also trained in Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) that she uses to help treat trauma with a focus on birth trauma.

Anne Kuhlke-Lee, LPC, PMH-C

Anne is a licensed professional counselor and certified perinatal mental health provider with over 15 years of experience, working in private practice in Savannah.

She has training in perinatal mood disorders, infertility, and is passionate about working with new moms and those trying to conceive. She also works with women suffering from depression or anxiety before, during, and/or after birth.

Anne provides insight-oriented talk therapy using a holistic, person-centered approach. Her goal is to empower you through personal growth by exploring past and/or present concerns that are hindering you from living your best life. She provides brief counseling and long-term psychotherapy.

Bridget Cross, LCSW, PMH-C

Bridget is a licensed clinical social worker and certified perinatal mental health provider, working in private practice in Savannah. She is also a mom to two daughters.

Bridget provides individual, family, and group therapy to new, hopeful, and expectant moms, and loves supporting women as they encounter the transition to motherhood.

Her approach is warm, interactive, and empathic, and she draws from psychodynamic, trauma-informed, feminist, and LGBTQ+-affirming treatment models.

Bridget facilitates Nurture Community Support, a postpartum support group in Savannah.
