About Us
Thank you for your interest in our work!
We formed the Maternal Mental Health Collective of Savannah in 2020 in response to the profound gap in skilled, compassionate services for mothers and families in our local community.
Inspired by our experiences as mothers, therapists, and certified perinatal mental health providers (PMH-C), we have dedicated our practices to serving clients who face challenges in:
conception
pregnancy
postpartum adjustment
infertility
pregnancy and infant loss
adoption
the transition to parenthood
We witness on a daily basis how a lack of resources, information, and support around these issues can deeply harm families.
We want to change that. And to let our community’s parents know they are not alone – help is out there.
Our goals are to:
increase awareness of mental health issues related to childbearing
honor diverse experiences of motherhood and parenthood
provide non-judgmental support, understanding, and care to those who are struggling
